The arrangement (1) comprises a transportation packaging (2) provided with a planar sheet (10), a covering film (30), and a drip-tray type plastic structure (80). The plastic structure partly encloses the power semiconductor module (5). The side of power semiconductor module directly or indirectly rests on the major surface of the planar sheet. The farthest sides of power semiconductor module are covered by the covering film.

Die Anmeldung betrifft eine Anordnung mit mindestens einem Leistungshalbleitermodul und einer Transportverpackung, wobei das Leistungshalbleitermodul ein Bodenelement, ein Gehäuse und Anschlusselemente aufweist und wobei die Transportverpackung eine flächig ausgebildete Decklage, eine Deckfolie und mindestens einen wannenartigen Kunststoffformkörper pro Leistungshalbleitermodul aufweist. Hierbei umschließt dieser mindestens eine Kunststoffformkörper das zugeordnete Leistungshalbleitermodul nur teilweise und dabei liegt einen Teil des Kunststoffformkörpers nicht direkt an dem Leistungshalbleitermodul an. Weiterhin kommt hierbei eine erste Seite des mindestens einen Leistungshalbleitermoduls direkt oder indirekt auf der ersten Hauptfläche der Decklage zu liegen während die Deckfolie die weiteren Seiten des Leistungshalbleitermoduls direkt und / oder indirekt überdeckt, und hierbei zumindest teilweise an dem Kunststoffformkörper anliegt.
