Abstract (en)
Preparing aqueous dispersion containing polyurethane-urea comprising (in wt.%): (a) at least one isocyanate prepolymer containing (i) at least one diisocyanate (20-60), (ii) at least one macro-diol (20-80), (iii) at least one 2,2-bis-(hydroxymethyl)-alkane monocarboxylic acid (2-12), (iv) at least one short chain diol (0-15) and (v) at least one monofunctional alcohol (0-10); (b) at least one diamine with a number average molecular weight of 60-300 (0.1-15); (c) at least one monofunctional amine (0.1-5); and (d) at least one neutralizing agent (0.1-10), is claimed. Preparing aqueous dispersion containing polyurethane-urea comprising (in wt.%): (a) at least one isocyanate prepolymer containing (i) at least one diisocyanate (20-60), (ii) at least one macro-diol with a number average molecular weight of 500-10000 (20-80), (iii) at least one 2,2-bis-(hydroxymethyl)-alkane monocarboxylic acid (2-12), (iv) at least one short chain diol with a number average molecular weight of 62-499 (0-15) and (v) at least one monofunctional alcohol with a number average molecular weight of 32-3500 (0-10); (b) at least one diamine with a number average molecular weight of 60-300 (0.1-15); (c) at least one monofunctional amine (0.1-5); and (d) at least one neutralizing agent (0.1-10), is claimed. The sum of the amounts of the components (a)-(d) is 100%. The addition of the total amount of the component (c) and the addition of the total amount of the component (b) is carried out successively. Independent claims are also included for: (1) an aqueous dispersion obtainable by the above method; and (2) a coating agent comprising the aqueous dispersion or is obtainable by the above method.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Verfahren zu Herstellung von wässrigen Dispersionen basierend auf Polyurethanharnstoffen und die Verwendung dieser Dispersionen in Beschichtungsmitteln.
