Abstract (en)
The method involves carrying out an acid washing phase in an impregnation phase prior to a grinding phase. A bleaching phase i.e. peroxide bleaching phase, is provided after the grinding phase. Sulfuric acid, carbonic acid or sodium bisulfite and complexing agent e.g. diethylene triamine pentaacetic acid (DTPA) or ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA), are utilized in the acid washing phase. The acid wash phase is made at temperature of 40 to 100 degree Celsius, a pH value of 2 to 5, and at a retention time of 10 to 60 minutes. An independent claim is also included for a system for producing wood pulp, comprising a chip washer, an impregnator and a grinding unit.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Holzstoff mit einer Hackschnitzelwäsche, einer Imprägnierung, einer Mahlung und einer Bleiche, insbesondere Peroxidbleiche. Sie ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine saure Wäsche vor der ersten Mahlung vorgesehen ist. Weiters betrifft die Erfindung eine Anlage zur Durchführung des Verfahrens. Dadurch kann sichergestellt werden, dass die allenfalls vorhandenen Störstoffe die Bleiche nicht beeinträchtigen.
