[origin: WO2010060896A1] The invention relates to cosmetic care emulsions which can be made to foam using a manual pumping dispenser and contain a combination of emulsifiers composed of (a) at least one W/O emulsifier having an HLB value ranging from 4 to 6, and (b) at least one O/W emulsifier compound having an HLB value ranging from 10 to 14 in addition to at least one oil phase and at least one water phase. Said cosmetic care emulsions are characterized in that both the W/O emulsifier and the O/W emulsifier compound contain a poly(12-hydroxystearic acid)polyglycerol ester.
