Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2010037982A1] The writing implement comprises a barrel (1) extending in a longitudinal direction, a writing cartridge designed to be moved inside the barrel in the longitudinal direction between a forward position and a retracted position, and a push member (3) which is movable relative to the barrel and is connected to a cartridge in order to move the latter, said push member comprising at least one control member (3A) extending through an opening in the side of the barrel and at least one locking member (3B) for engaging with a complementary locking element on the barrel to allow the push member to be locked in the forward position of the cartridge. A flexible tubular part (2B) of the cartridge is movable jointly with the push member (3) and forms an elastic return member designed to exert on the push member a force such as to bring about said locking.
