[origin: WO2010043406A1] The invention relates to a gathering street sweeper for cleaning traffic surfaces, comprising a carrier vehicle (1), a dirt collecting container (3), at least one roller broom (8) which is disposed away from said container, moved with contact to the traffic surface to be cleaned relative to the same, and driven in a rotating manner, a dirt conveying section (KF) extending from the roller broom to the dirt collecting container, and at least one further broom that is driven in a rotating manner in the form of a feed broom (9). For this purpose, at least one electrostatic effect-utilizing unit is provided in the driving direction in front of at least one of the brooms (8, 9) that is driven in a rotating manner, and/or in the region of at least one of the brooms that is driven in a rotating manner, for receiving and/or binding dust particles.
