The awning (1) has a housing (3) receiving a winding shaft and comprising two side parts (5), where the side parts are provided with bearings and connected by a housing coat (6). A hanging console (9) is hung and fixed at an assigned mounting plate (7), where an undercut sidebar is arranged on sides of the mounting plate. The hanging console carries a snatching lever, where the lever comprises a ratchet tooth and engages behind the undercut sidebar of the assigned mounting plate with the ratchet tooth using an assigned spring. The spring is formed as a spring clip.

De Erfindung betrifft eine Markise (1), insbesondere eine Ausfallmarkise, die ein eine Wickelwelle aufnehmendes Gehäuse (3) aufweist, das zwei durch einen Gehäusemantel (6) verbundene, mit Lagern für die Wickelwelle versehene Seitenteile (5) enthält. An den Seitenteile (5) ist jeweils eine Einhängekonsole (9,900) angebracht, die an einer zugeordneten Montageplatte (7) einhängbar und festlegbar sind. Die Montageplatten (7) weisen auf ihrer der Einhängeseite gegenüberliegenden Seite eine hinterschnittene Randleiste (15) auf. Die Einhängekonsolen (9,900) tragen jeweils wenigstens einen schwenkbar gelagerten, einen Rastzahn (22) aufweisenden Schnapphebel (21), der durch eine zugeordnete Feder (25) mit seinem Rastzahn (22) hinter die hinterschnittene Randleiste (15) der zugeordneten Montageplatte (7) einrastbar ist.
