Abstract (en)
The device (10) has a rotor (36) rotatably fixedly mounted around a rotor axis (37) and driven by a driving motor (14), and a stator (38) with a rubber-elastic stator body (40) that is cooperated with the rotor. A sealing device (56) is provided between the stator and a pump housing (16), and carries out lateral displacement of the stator. The stator has a coat (42) sealingly encompassing the stator body. A connecting element (44) is designed as a latch (44') and jointed at the coat and the pump housing. The sealing device works between the coat and the pump housing. The device has mechanical seal disks consisting a core with a layer from high wear-resistant material hard chrome or silicon carbide.

Abwasserfördereinrichtung (10) mit einem einen Einlass (31) und einem Auslass (29) aufweisenden Pumpengehäuse (16). Zwischen dem Einlassflansch (18) und Auslassflansch (30) ist eine Exzenterschneckenpumpen-Hydraulik (34) angeordnet. Die Exzenterschneckenpumpen-Hydraulik (34) weist einen bezüglich des Pumpengehäuses (16) ortsfest um seine Rotationsachse (24) drehbar gelagerten Rotor (36) und einen Stator (38) mit einem gummielastischen, mit dem Rotor (36) zusammenwirkenden Statorkörper (40) auf. Eine zwischen dem Stator (38) und dem Pumpengehäuse (16) wirkende Dichtungseinrichtung (56) ist im Stande, die seitlichen Auslenkungen des Stators (38) aufzunehmen, während ein Antriebsmotor (14) den Rotor (36) antreibt. Der Stator (38) weist ein dem Statorkörper (40) abdichtend umgreifenden Mantel (42) auf, welcher über ein Verbindungselement (44) am Pumpengehäuse (16) angelenkt ist.
