[origin: EP2353445A1] The device has a feeding clip (24) and a damping device (23) attached to a tilting pad (26) that is moved between a stand-by position and a feeding position. The damping device includes a cylinder (23.1) and a piston rod (23.3) that are arranged against to each other. The pad partially is moved form the stand-by position to the feeding position. The pad is coupled to a sliding carriage (25) that is coupled to an end of the damping device or the cylinder and the rod of the damping device, where end, cylinder and the rod of the damping device are averted in the feeding position.
