Abstract (en)
The glideboard has a gliding layer made of sheet of low coefficient friction material, and a central longitudinal core (7) with lateral surfaces connected to left and right edging strips (13a, 13b), respectively. One of the edging strips includes internal and external edging strip elements (13'a, 13'b, 13''a 13''b) on a length part of the glideboard. The edging strip elements are joined together by the cooperation of shapes between internal lateral surfaces (18'a, 18'b) of the internal edging strip elements and external lateral surfaces (18''a, 18''b) of the internal edging strip elements.

Planche de glisse sur neige telle qu'un ski, un monoski ou un surf, ayant la forme d'une poutre allongée d'épaisseur variable, comportant une zone centrale dite de patin prolongée vers l'avant par une partie avant relevée à son extrémité pour constituer une spatule, et vers l'arrière par une partie arrière terminée par un talon, ladite poutre comprenant -un noyau longitudinal central constitué par une poutre s'étendant longitudinalement, - au moins une couche de renfort - une couche supérieure de protection et de décors - une couche de glissement réalisée par une feuille d'un matériau à faible coefficient de frottement bordée par deux carrés, tandis qu'à chacune des faces latérales du noyau est solidarisé un chant constitué par un profil longitudinal, caractérisé en ce que la largeur d'au moins un des chants présente une largeur variable longitudinalement, et est constitué de deux éléments de chants
