Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2353821A1] The method involves conveying panels (2) in a transport direction from one after another along a conveyor track (3), where the panels are arranged to each other with distance. The panels have superficial recesses at the side edges for receiving the weather strip. The recesses or the weather strip are coated with glue. A weather strip band is applied by a weather strip storage that is arranged laterally to the conveyor track. An independent claim is also included for a device for connecting a weather strip with a side edge of a panel, particularly floor panel made of wood.
