The device has a clean room (2) for receiving the containers, in which a pressure is provided. An actuator (4) is arranged within the clean room in a partial manner. The actuator is actuated with another pressure in a temporary manner, where the latter pressure is lower than the former pressure. The actuator has two working areas (6,8) that are divided by a movable element (10). An independent claim is also included for a method for handling containers.

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung (1) zum Behandeln von Behältnissen mit einem Reinraum (2) zur Aufnahme der Behältnisse, in dem ein erster Druck vorsehbar ist, und mit wenigstens einem zumindest teilweise innerhalb des Reinraums (2) angeordneten und fluidbetätigten Aktuator (4). Erfindungsgemäß ist der Aktuator (4) zumindest mit einem Druck betreibbar, der geringer als der erste Druck ist.
