Abstract (en)
The cover has a pile warp (1) running in a longitudinal direction, and a ground fabric (5) including a ground warp (6) and a bonding warp (7). Weft threads (8, 9) run perpendicularly to the ground warp and the bonding warp, where the cover is manufactured according to a pile weaving technique. Pile warp yarns (2, 3) exhibit different thread sizes, and two pile knobs (12, 13) of one of the pile warp yarns of same thread sizes are arranged with each other in the longitudinal direction. The yarns are made of wools, natural fibers, vegetable fibers or animal hairs.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen textiler Wand- oder Bodenbelag, insbesondere herstellbar nach der Rutenweb-Technologie, umfassend eine in Längsrichtung verlaufende Polkette 1 und ein Grundgewebe 5 bestehend aus einer Grundkette 6 und zumindest einer Bindekette 7 sowie hierzu rechtwinklig verlaufende Schussfäden 8, 9. Um eine verbesserte Haptik und Optik zu erzielen ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, dass die Polkettfäden 2, 3 unterschiedliche Fadenstärken aufweisen, wobei zumindest zwei Polnoppen 12, 13 eines Polkettfadens 2, 3 gleicher Fadenstärke in Längsrichtung aufeinander folgend angeordnet sind.
