Abstract (en)

The method involves arranging a covering layer (9) in water permeable support layers (2, 8), and applying asphalt layers at a processing temperature for forming the support layers. Cooling pipes (3) are inserted into the asphalt layers, and the covering layer is applied on the support layers after hardening the asphalt layers. Coolant permanently flows through the cooling pipes at preset pressure and flow speed for producing defined heat transmission between the asphalt layers and the cooling pipes when the cooling pipes are inserted into the asphalt layers and made of plastic. An independent claim is also included for a sports flooring comprising a covering layer arranged in water permeable support layers.

Abstract (de)

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen mehrschichtigen Sportboden, auf dem bei Bedarf eine Kunsteisbahn (10) erzeugt werden kann, Hierzu weist der Sportboden in seiner Tragschicht (2;8) integrierte Kühlrohre (3) auf. Sind die Kühlrohre (3) beispielsweise aus einem Kunststoff hergestellt, schlägt die Erfindung darüber hinaus ein Verfahren vor, bei welchem die Kühlrohre (3) während des Aushärtungsprozesses der Tragschicht (2;8) von einem Kühlmittel durchströmt werden.
