The device has electrodes (14, 16) provided with sides (15, 17), where one of the sides is exposed and formed at an external part of the device. The electrodes are connected with a high frequency (HF) energy supply unit (18) for supplying high frequency voltage. A controller (30) controls the HF energy supply unit for supplying the high frequency voltage, where the controller is connected with the supply unit. A temperature sensor (24) determines temperature of a solid body (12) e.g. textile, where the temperature sensor is connected with an evaluation unit (26). The device comprises a substance made of y-alumina, silica-gel, activated charcoal, hydrophilic zeolite e.g. sodium zeolite, potassium zeolite and calcium zeolite, and hydrophobic zeolite such as dealuminated y-zeolite with high silicon/aluminum ratio.

Vorrichtung zur Trocknung und/oder Dekontamination eines Festkörpers, in dem das Wasser und/oder die Schadstoffe gebunden sind. Es ist die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, eine Vorrichtung bereit zu stellen, mit der Festkörper aus Materialien wie Stein, Beton oder Holz effizient thermisch getrocknet und/oder dekontaminiert werden können. Die Vorrichtung umfasst mindestens eine Elektrode (14,16), aufweisend eine erste Seite (15) und eine zweite Seite (17), wobei die mindestens eine Elektrode (14,16) mit einem Einspeisungsmittel (18) zur Einspeisung einer hochfrequenten Spannung verbunden ist, eine Struktur (34) aufweisend eine Substanz (22), die geeignet ist, eine Flüssigkeit (10) und/oder einen Schadstoff (11) aufzunehmen, wobei die Struktur (34) derart angeordnet und ausgebildet ist, dass ein Stofffluss vom zu behandelnden Feststoff (12) zur Struktur (34) gestattet ist, und mindestens ein Steuerungsmittel (30) zur Steuerung des Einspeisungsmittels (18) zur Einspeisung der hochfrequenten Spannung, wobei das Steuerungsmittel (30) mit dem Einspeisungsmittel (18) verbunden ist.
