Abstract (en)
The present invention relates to a preformed panel (1) for heat and sound insulation of buildings and structures, such as walls, ceilings and/or floors, comprising a layer (3) of non-woven fabric, preferably comprising polyester fibres, provided with a plurality of cells (2). The preformed panel (1) according to the present invention preferably comprises, on at least one of the surfaces of the layer (3) of non-woven fabric, preferably on both of them, a rigid covering layer (6) which covers and seals the cells (2) of the preformed panel (1).
