Abstract (en)

The invention relates to a method for the safe and easy erection of a dismountable scaffolding system comprising at set of elongate elements (1) to be used as vertical posts with apertured connecting elements (2) secured thereto along the length of the elongate elements at intervals corresponding to the grid pattern of the scaffolding system and having connectors for being stackable in an end to end continuation for the creation of a multi-storey scaffolding system. The system can be joined together by bracing elements comprising a first set of bars (5) to be used in a substantially horizontal position having coupling locks in opposite ends for coupling to the apertured connecting elements and a second set of bars (6) to be used in a substantially horizontal position for railing the storeys and comprising a second type of coupling locks in opposite ends. The invention further relates to a scaffolding system, a set of bars extending substantially horizontally, and in particular an end segment comprising coupling locks for connecting the substantially horizontally extending set of bars to the apertured connecting elements (2) on the set of elongate elements (1) used as vertical posts.
