Abstract (en)
The device has a rotating envelope (1) positioned on a cooling system between an outlet of a cylinder head and an inlet of the engine. A pit/chamber separation wall (7) and an enclosure defining wall (11) form edges of a pit (9) and a dip-tube (5), and are arranged such that a free end of the dip-tube traverses the pit at a support contact state by a plane (10) of joint of half-shells (2, 3) provided with the dip-tube around a rotational axis (D) of the envelope, where the axis is orthogonal to the plane of joint of the half-shells.

Dispositif de régulation comprend une enveloppe (1) de révolution formée par deux demi-coquilles (2, 3) assemblées par un plan (10) de joint, délimitant une enceinte, fermée, alimentable en fluide de refroidissement par un tube (5) plongeur équipant l'une (2) des demi-coquilles (2, 3) et vidangeable par un orifice (6) de sortie de l'autre demi-coquille (3), ledit orifice (6) de sortie étant entouré par une paroi (7) continue délimitant, à l'intérieur de l'enceinte, une chambre (8) autour de laquelle le fluide peut circuler à l'intérieur d'une fosse (9) entourant ladite chambre (8), cette chambre (8) isolant ledit orifice (6) de sortie du débouché du tube (5) plongeur dont l'extrémité (5A) libre est disposée dans la fosse (9) La paroi (7) de séparation chambre/fosse, la paroi (11) de délimitation de l'enceinte et le tube (5) plongeur sont configurés de sorte que le tube plongeur est apte à parcourir entièrement la fosse, à l'état en contact d'appui par leur plan (10) de joint des demi-coquilles (2, 3), lors d'un déplacement en rotation sur 360° de la demi-coquille (2) munie du tube (5) plongeur.
