Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2355129A1] The reflector (9) has multiple ring electrodes (29,31) which are extended away from an entry opening (25) along a longitudinal axis (21). The ring electrode (31) near to the entry opening is at an opposite electric potential compared to the other ring electrodes (29). A screening electrode (41) is provided on a side of the entry opening facing away from ring electrodes. The potential of the screening electrode is different from that of ring electrodes.
