Abstract (en)
The system has a U-shaped mounting rail (20), and a current-conducting profile (21) arranged at or within the mounting rail. The profile has wires for current supply and/or for transmission of control commands for a light. The profile has two wire holding elements (25, 26) that are connected to one another in a longitudinal direction, where the elements have grooves for accommodating the wires. One of the elements has a predetermined standard length, and another element has length that is different from the standard length, where the latter element is made from injection molding method. An independent claim is also included for a method for forming a conductor rail system.

Ein Stromschienensystem (100) für Leuchten weist eine Tragschiene (20) sowie ein an oder innerhalb der Tragschiene (20) angeordnetes Stromleitprofil (21) mit Drähten für die Stromversorgung und/oder Übertragung von Steuerbefehlen für die Leuchten auf, wobei das Stromleitprofil (21) aus mehreren in Längsrichtung aneinandergefügten Drahthalterungselementen (25, 26) gebildet wird, welche die Nuten zur Aufnahme der Drähte aufweisen. Die Mehrzahl der Drahthalterungselemente (25, 26) weist eine vorgegebene Standardlänge auf und die verbleibenden weiteren Drahthalterungselemente (25, 26) weisen eine von der Standardlänge abweichende Länge auf.
