The profiling plant comprises multiple profiling stations (10), which are arranged one behind the other in a line, in which a group (11) of roll forming tools is combined. A machine base (1) is provided, on which the profiling stations are fastened directly or indirectly. Racks (7) are provided, which are formed along a linear guide (4).

Die vorliegende Erfindung umfasst eine Profilieranlage zum Längsumformen eines Metallbandes oder Ausgangsprofils in ein Profil oder Rohr, mit einer Mehrzahl von in Linie hintereinander angeordneten Umformstationen 10, in denen jeweils eine Gruppe von Rollumformwerkzeugen zusammengefasst ist und die vom Metallband oder Ausgangsprofil sukzessive durchlaufen werden, sowie mit einem Maschinenunterbau 1, auf dem die Umformstationen 10 befestigt sind. Des Weiteren sind an dem oder neben dem Maschinenunterbau 1 Linearführungen 4 mit angetriebenen, in und gegen die Bewegungsrichtung des Metallbandes oder Profils 15 verfahrbaren Wagen 5 zur Aufnahme von auf das Profil einwirkenden Werkzeugen, Manipulatoren und dergleichen vorhanden.
