Abstract (en)
The tray (2) has side walls (11-14) surrounding a base wall (10), where the tray cooperates with a lid formed from a blank for covering the tray. The side walls are movable between a plane position with respect to the base wall, and a folded position in which the side walls are folded with respect to the base wall corresponding to assemble the tray. Reinforcement columns (30, 40) are arranged such that each column is adjacent to one of the side walls and partially supports the load to be applied on the lid with respect to a central zone (101) of polygon (100) when the tray is assembled. The reinforcement columns are provided with polygonal or semi-circular sections. The blank is made of semi-rigid material that is selected from a plastic e.g. olefin, board and a cellular board formed of two sheets. An independent claim is also included for a bin, comprising a cavity.

L'invention concerne un bac pliable (2) comprenant une paroi de fond (10) et des parois latérales (11-,14) réalisées à partir d'un flan en matériau semi rigide, la paroi de fond (10) formant un polygone (100) présentant une zone centrale (101), les parois latérales (11-14) entourant la paroi de fond (10) et étant mobiles entre une première position sensiblement plane par rapport à la paroi de fond (10) et une seconde position repliée par rapport à la paroi de fond (10), correspondant à une mise en volume du bac (2). Ce bac (2) est destiné à coopérer avec un couvercle (3) réalisé à partir d'un flan en matériau semi rigide, en vue de son recouvrement. Selon l'invention, ce bac (2) comprend également au moins une colonne de renfort (30,40) agencée de sorte que, lorsque ce bac (2) est mis en volume, la colonne (30,40) soit adjacente à au moins l'une des parois latérales (11-14), et la colonne (30,40) supporte au moins en partie la charge susceptible d'être appliquée sur le couvercle (3) en regard de la zone centrale (101). L'invention concerne également une caisse (1) comprenant un tel bac pliable (2), ainsi qu'un procédé de montage d'une telle caisse (1).
