Abstract (en)
The appliance has a housing (1), and an upper door (2) moved against the housing, and an interior space (4) e.g. cooking space, formed by the housing and the door. A handle (10) with a handle element (11) is arranged at the door and actuates the door. The handle is moved between two positions, and the handle element is arranged in one of the positions at the door closer than another one of the positions. An air space (22) is arranged at the door. The handle is pivoted around a pivoting axis (17), which runs parallel to an outer surface of the door, and comprises a locking plate (21).

Das Haushaltsgerät besitzt eine Tür (2, 3), welche über einen Griff (10) betätigt werden kann. Der Griff (10) kann zwischen einer ersten und einer zweiten Position hin- und her bewegt werden, so dass ein Griffelement (11) des Griffs sich in der ersten Position nahe an oder in der Tür (2, 3) befindet, während es in der zweiten Position beabstandet von der Tür (2, 3) ist. Auf diese Weise kann der Griff (10) bei Nichtgebrauch aus dem Weg geräumt werden. Vorteilhaft kann mit dem Griff (10) zudem ein Luftspalt (22) geöffnet und verschlossen werden. Weiter kann ein Antrieb (37) zum Betätigen des Griffs vorgesehen sein.
