The building has walls whose main components are installed or mounted after setting foundations and floor plates, where the components are designed as functional elements (6.1-6.3). Moldings of supporting structures are inserted in the elements. Columns, beams, bolts and binders consist of metal e.g. cast iron, steel and aluminum, plastics or wood materials. The elements are made of materials with a porous material structure or a fibrous structure i.e. expanded polystyrene-rigid foam or mineral material. An insulating element has a high heat resistance and a low vapor diffusion factor.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Errichten von Gebäudestrukturen (20), insbesondere Gebäuden, mit den Schritten: Setzen eines oder mehrerer Fundamente (42); Aufstellen von zwei oder mehr Funktionselementen (1) auf dem Fundament (42), wobei die Funktionselemente (1) dazu eingerichtet sind Wände der Gebäudestruktur (20) zu bilden, und jedes Funktionselement (1) mindestens einen Abschnitt einer Aufnahme (22) für eine Tragkonstruktion (40) aufweist und jeweils zwei horizontal benachbarte Funktionselemente (1) gemeinsam eine oder mehrere Aufnahmen (22) für eine oder mehrere Tragkonstruktionen (40) für die Gebäudestruktur (20) bilden sowie das Einbringen der Tragkonstruktion (40) in die an dem Funktionselement (1) ausgebildete Aufnahme. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung ein Funktionselement (1) sowie ein Gebäude.
