Abstract (en)
The device has a movable valve (8) releasing or locking a flow-through cross section (40) in a regulated manner. A transmission drift member (26) is coupled with the valve such that a rotating motion of the member produces a translational movement of the valve. A spring element (44) e.g. return and coil springs, is arranged such that a gear wheel (20) or a turning shaft (16) of a gear unit (6) i.e. spur gear, and the valve are loaded in a closing direction of the valve. The spring element has two spring brackets (42, 48), where one of the brackets is arranged in a slot (50) of the shaft.

Es sind Ventilvorrichtungen mit einem Gehäuse (2), einem Aktuator (4), der ein Drehmoment erzeugt, einer Getriebeeinheit (6), einem translatorisch bewegbaren Ventil (8), über welches ein Durchströmungsquerschnitt (40) geregelt freigebbar oder verschließbar ist, einem Getriebeabtriebsglied (26), welches derart mit dem Ventil (8) gekoppelt ist, dass die Drehbewegung des Getriebeabtriebsgliedes (26) eine translatorische Bewegung des Ventils (8) erzeugt und einem Federelement (44), weiches als Rückstellfeder dient, bekannt. Die bekannten Ventilvorrichtungen weisen jedoch trotz der häufig vorhandenen Rückstellfeder ein relativ großes Getriebespiel auf. Erfindungsgemäß wird zur Lösung dieses Problems vorgeschlagen, dass das Federelement (44) derart angeordnet ist, dass einerseits ein Zahnrad (20) oder eine Drehwelle (16) der Getriebeeinheit (6) und andererseits das Ventil (8) in Schließrichtung des Ventils (8) belastet sind.
