[origin: EP2361695A1] The device has hydraulic channels i.e. cleaned channels, transporting products, where each channel extends between side walls (16, 17). Producing units produce liquid current parallel to the side walls in each hydraulic channel. Brushing elements (30, 32) brush the side walls of each hydraulic channel. A hydraulic driving blade (34) i.e. plane plate, is extended in liquid current circulating in each channel to actuate a cleaning carriage (20) in translation in each channel under the effect of the liquid current. An independent claim is also included for a method for cleaning of a device for treatment of products e.g. fruits or vegetables.
