Abstract (en)

The compression device (100) has a frame that is applied around the workpiece. A primary die stock (140) is arranged within the frame in a moving manner, which is applied during compression process at the workpiece. A piston (K1,K2) is movable supported in a cylinder (Z1,Z2) that is coupled with the frame such that the piston is performed on the primary die stock under the effect of a hydraulic fluid pressure.

Abstract (de)

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Pressvorrichtung (100) zum radialen Verpressen von Werkstücken wie beispielsweise von Fittings auf Rohren. Die Vorrichtung weist einen um das Werkstück legbaren Rahmen (110, 120, 120', 150) und mindestens eine beweglich innerhalb dieses Rahmens angeordnete primäre Pressbacke (140) auf. Des Weiteren ist mindestens ein Kolben (K1, K2) in einem mit dem Rahmen gekoppelten Zylinder (Z1, Z2) vorgesehen, welcher unter Einfluss eines Hydraulikfluids Druck auf die primäre Pressbacke (140) ausüben kann. Der Kolben und der Zylinder können optional in den Rahmen integriert oder in einem separaten Kolbenträger (160) angeordnet sein.
