[origin: EP2361868A1] There is provided an elevator control system that is capable of inputting an elevator call even in the case where a ten-key buttons provided in a car or a hall is ON failed. For this purpose, the elevator control system includes ten-key buttons that are provided in at least one of an elevator car and an elevator hall and to which figures are assigned; a button failure detecting device that detects an ON failure of the ten-key button; and a button input processing device that sends out information corresponding to the figure assigned to a pressed ten-key button when the ON failure of the ten-key button is not detected, makes the input of an ON failed ten-key button invalid when the ON failure of the ten-key button is detected, assigns the destination direction of the car to a ten-key button that is not ON failed, and sends out information corresponding to the car destination direction assigned to the pressed ten-key button that is not ON failed.
