Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2362278A1] The hammer (2) has two fixed parts fixed with respect to each other, where one of the parts is constituted of material that is harden than that of hardened steel for constituting an impact part (2') against a gong (11) of a striking mechanism (1). Another fixed part is provided with a metallic stud (2'') that connects the hammer on a plate of the striking mechanism. The material of the impact part is cobalt-tungsten carbide. A rotation rod (7) is in contact with the metallic stud, where the rotation rod and the metallic stud are made of hardened steel.
