Abstract (en)
The system has supporting frames (3) and a base plate connected with each other in a form-fit manner and comprising greater hardness greater than a cast resin mold (1) at 25 degrees Celsius. The cast resin mold has recesses (7) provided for concrete products, and the supporting frames and the base plate are made of wood, a plastic material and/or a metallic material. The supporting frames are higher than the cast resin mold. The recesses are separated from each other by a rod (9), and the mold is made of polyurethane. The frames are formed from an electrolytically galvanized sheet. An independent claim is also included for a method for production of concrete products.

Stapelträgersystem für die Herstellung von Betonprodukten, umfassend eine Gießharzform (1), einen Stützrahmen (3) und mindestens eine Bodenplatte (5), wobei der Stützrahmen (3) und die Bodenplatte (5) formschlüssig miteinander verbunden sind und die Gießharzform (1) seitlich und von unten formschlüssig umfassen, wobei der Stützrahmen (3) und die Bodenplatte (5) bei 25°C eine größere Härte als die Gießharzform (1) aufweisen, wobei die Gießharzform (1) mindestens eine Vertiefung (7) für Betonprodukte umfasst, wobei der Stützrahmen (3) aus Holz, einem Kunststoffmaterial und/oder einem metallischen Material gefertigt ist, wobei die Bodenplatte (5) aus Holz, einem Kunststoffmaterial und/oder einem metallischen Material gefertigt ist und wobei der Stützrahmen (3) höher ist als die Gießharzform (1).
