Abstract (en)
The machine has an articulated unitary plastic bag gripping device (4) comprising automatic vertical sliding and horizontal displacement units for successively carrying out two translation movements along directions parallel and perpendicular to a stacking direction of plastic bags (3) on support rods, respectively. A front sheet of each bag is plated by suction against a gripping assembly of the device during the movement along the direction parallel to the stacking direction. The front sheet is separated from a rear sheet of the bag to open the bag and to pull the front sheet from the rods. The front sheet is separated from the rear sheet during the translation movement along the direction perpendicular to the stacking direction. An independent claim is also included for a method for automatically lining walls of packing boxes with plastic bags.

La machine selon l'invention réalise le chemisage de cartons d'emballage (2) circulant sur un convoyeur de transport (1), par des sacs plastiques (3) stockés empilés dans un magasin de sacs dans lequel ils sont enfilés, par des oeillets de suspension qui sont ménagés au voisinage de leur bord supérieur, sur des tiges support. Elle comporte un dispositif articulé (4) de préhension unitaire desdits sacs ainsi qu'un conformateur (5) de mise en place unitaire de ces sacs dans les cartons, et met en oeuvre des sacs de fabrication simple et peu coûteuse, ne comportant pas d'autres zones de fragilité que celles qui résultent de la présence de leurs oeillets de suspension.
