The device (100) has an arming unit including a retardation unit (4) that maintains energy potential accumulated in a mobile part operating mechanism for a predetermined time, to maintain an armed mobile part i.e. hammer (7), for the predetermined time till activation of the mobile part. The arming unit has a transmission unit that transmits energy from a motor unit i.e. barrel, of a clock mechanism to a contact surface (10) comprising a strip (301), to control a striking pallet (1). A retardation surface (40) of the retardation unit is arranged at the periphery of a striking wheel (30). Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a striking mechanism comprising a striking wheel (2) a date mechanism comprising a control device (3) a timepiece comprising a control device.

L'invention concerne un dispositif mécanique (100) de commande séquentielle d'au moins deux levées pour mécanisme horloger, commandant une première (1) et une seconde (2) levées coopérant avec une surface de contact (10) selon une séquence où chacune passe d'un premier niveau (11 ;21) de consommation de couple à un second niveau (12 ; 22) supérieur au cours d'une phase de croissance (14 ; 24) où elle emmagasine du couple, puis dudit second niveau (12 ; 22) audit premier niveau (11 ;21) au cours d'une phase de décroissance (15 ; 25) dans laquelle elle en transmet. Il se caractérise en ce qu'il comporte des moyens de retardement (4) créant, lors de la décroissance (15) de ladite première levée (1), un palier de stabilisation à un troisième niveau (13) intermédiaire entre lesdits premier (11) et second (12) niveaux. L'invention concerne encore une pièce d'horlogerie (400) incorporant un tel dispositif (100).
