Arrangement for successively portioning and assigning meals to a number of serving trays (2) comprises a portioning station (1) structured to hold a tray during portioning of a meal, and a working station (4) containing a number of supply containers (5) with different meals being portioned. Preferred Features: Two or more working stations are arranged around the portioning station. At least one of the working stations has a cooling device and at least one has a heater.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Arbeitsstation für eine Anlage zum sukzessiven Portionieren und Anrichten von Mahlzeiten auf einer Vielzahl von Serviertabletts in Großküchen. Um eine neuartige Insellösung für das Portionieren von Mahlzeiten auf Serviertabletts anstatt der bisherigen arbeitsteiligen Portionierung am Förderband zu realisieren, umfasst die Arbeitsstation 4 der vorliegenden Erfindung ein Gestell 15 mit einer Mehrzahl von Vorratsbehältern 5 für unterschiedliche auf ein Serviertablett 2 manuell aufzuportionierende Speisen, wobei die Vorratsbehälter 5 in mindestens zwei, vorzugsweise drei Etagen übereinander angeordnet sind, so dass sie für eine Bedienperson 3 von einer Arbeitsposition aus erreichbar gehalten sind.
