[origin: EP2364770A1] The tool has a central shaft (1), and a horizontal bar arranged at a right angle to an axial direction of the shaft. The bar is arranged at a lower end of the shaft, which comprises or forms a mixing blade (4). The mixing blade comprises a curvature at an outer section relative to the central shaft. The tool does not have fastening or adjusting devices at a region, which is in contact with mixing goods. An inner region (3) of the horizontal bar comprises a cover surface (5) that diagonally runs towards a vertical plane. The central shaft comprises a cylindrical cross-section.
