[origin: EP2365134A2] A demountable support comprises a box (1) having an open top, and a lid (3) hinged to the box and movable between a position in which the box is closed and a position in which the lid is substantially upright. A stay (13) is provided for maintaining the lid in the substantially upright position, the stay being contained within the box when the box is closed.
