[origin: EP2365151A1] The lamp (1) has a body (2) provided with LEDs (3) as light sources. A cover (8) or a wall made of concrete (11) has a heat-conductive carrier (7) that is made of metal. The lamp is attached to the carrier so that a heat-conducting connection is formed between a place of heat generated by the LEDs and the concrete of the cover or the wall to introduce the heat into the concrete. The carrier is partially embedded in the concrete and/or in a mass e.g. plastic mass, introduced and cured in the concrete. The carrier is formed by a T-profile made of aluminum.
