[origin: EP2365154A1] The device (10) has a retaining ring (14) e.g. steel ring, circumferentially closing a ring axis (A) for receiving voltages. A filling body (16) fills an interior of the retaining ring and is fastened at the retaining ring in an undetachable manner. The filling body has a front-sided load introduction side (18), an opposite, front-sided load forwarding side (20) and a prefabricated, axially passed tension element channel (22) for receiving a tension element (12). The retaining ring exhibits a constant cross-section along the ring axis. The retaining ring is a cylindrical pipe section and a fiber reinforced plastic ring.
