Abstract (en)
The method involves assigning a sorting plan used in a sorting operation to output devices (AE1, AE2, AE4, AE5) of respective output-groups (R1, R2). Another sorting plan used in another sorting operation is assigned to the output devices. An article is delivered to the output device of one of the groups by a sorting system in the former sorting operation when the sorting system is ascertained before delivering the article, such that actual filling level in the output devices lies below a filling limit predetermined for the output devices after delivering the article. An independent claim is also included for a system for sorting articles.

Sortierverfahren und Sortiervorrichtung für ergonomisches Sortieren in zwei Sortierläufen Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum ergonomischen Sortieren von Gegenständen in zwei Sortierläufen, insbesondere von flachen Postsendungen. Die zu sortierenden Gegenstände durchlaufen in einem ersten Sortierlauf und in einem nachfolgenden weiteren Sortierlauf eine Sortieranlage. In jedem Sortierlauf wird jeweils ein Sortierplan angewendet. Die Ausgabeeinrichtungen (AE1, ..., AE4, ...) der Sortieranlage sind in eine bevorzugte erste Ausgabe-Gruppe (R1) und eine zweite Ausgabe-Gruppe (R2) unterteilt. Der erste Sortierplan ordnet mehreren auftretenden Sortierattribut-Werten jeweils eine Ausgabeeinrichtung (AE4, AE5, ...) der ersten Ausgabe-Gruppe (R1) und eine Ausgabeeinrichtung (AE1, AE2, ...) der zweiten Ausgabe-Gruppe (R2) zu. Ein Gegenstand wird immer dann in eine zugeordnete Ausgabeeinrichtung der ersten Ausgabe-Gruppe (R1) ausgeschleust, wenn noch genügend Platz vorhanden ist.
