The workshop has a mobile crane (1) provided with a lower right frame (111) and a lower left frame, where vertical bars (13) of the lower left frame is vertically telescopic with a hollow vertical bar (14) of a frame (122). Another frame (121) is transversely telescopic to the former frame by a central frame (11) to allow the mobile crane to deploy or retract between a work deployed configuration and a shipping configuration, where vertical telescopic movements between the two frames are ensured by a hydraulic actuating cylinder that is remotely controlled via a control console.

La présente invention concerne la maintenance des rames de transport ferroviaire, plus particulièrement un atelier de maintenance de rames (0) de transport ferroviaire. L'atelier proposé consiste en au moins un portique (1) mobile présentant au moins un châssis (111) inférieur droit verticalement télescopique avec un châssis (121) supérieur droit et un châssis (112) inférieur gauche verticalement télescopiques un châssis (122) supérieur gauche. Le châssis (121) supérieur droit est transversalement télescopique au châssis (122) supérieur gauche par l'intermédiaire d'un châssis (11) central pour permettre au portique (1) de se déployer ou rétracter au moins entre une configuration déployée de travail et une configuration de transport. La présente invention permet de mettre en oeuvre les opérations de maintenance habituelles, de moduler la solution aux besoins de l'opérateur et de diminuer significativement la consommation énergétique liée à l'utilisation d'infrastructures éparses et vieillissantes, en s'affranchissant des phases de transit des rames vers leur site de maintenance.
