[origin: EP2366857A2] The holding rail (20) has a fixing structure for fixing the holding rail at an upper end of a door leaf (10) of sliding door. The fixing structure is provided for fixing the holding rail at a sliding carriage (S) of the sliding door. A retainer is provided for a seal (30) and is provided as a groove with a groove base and groove wall. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a sliding door, which has a seal provided with sealing section; (2) an adjustment unit for a sliding door, which has long hole; (3) a seal, which has a sealing section provided with holding elements; and (4) a method for adjusting height or orientation of a door leaf of sliding door.
