Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2000382A1] The cab (1) has a body (3) defining an internal volume (3a), where the body has an upper opening (3b) for receiving a glazing of the cabin. A canopy (2) forms an assembly into a single piece fixed at the body to cover the upper opening and to close the internal volume. The canopy has a frame (10) with struts (11) defining openings between the struts. The glazing has a windscreen (4), a front side window (5) and rear side window (6) for respectively covering the defined openings. The frame has a skin made of composite material e.g. polyester.
