Abstract (en)
The method involves grouping of articles (22) to a loose article group (20) by a dividing device (32). The loose article group is transported by a rigid chain. The loose article group is rotated. The loose article group is supplied to a packaging unit. All articles are twisted together and are combined to the loose group. Two loose groups of the combined articles are rotated together, where the loose groups are arranged parallel to each other. An independent claim is also included for a packaging machine for packaging the articles to containers.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Erstellen von Gebinden (21) aus Artikeln (22), wobei eine Artikelformation in einer Verpackungsmaschine mittels einer Portalanordnung oder eines Roboters gedreht wird. Zuerst werden die Artikel in die gewünschten Gebindeeinheiten (20) gruppiert, anschließend mittels eines Roboters oder Portals gedreht und danach einer Verpackungseinrichtung (60) zugeführt. Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung eine Verpackungsmaschine zum Verpacken von Artikeln (22) zu Gebinden (21). Eine solche Verpackungsmaschine umfasst einen Einteilvorrichtung (32) zur Gruppierung der Artikel (22) in die gewünschten Einheiten, eine Schubkette (34) zur Beabstandung der Artikelgruppen voneinander, eine Drehvorrichtung (50) und ein Verpackungsmodul (60).
