[origin: EP2369240A1] The unit has an inner disk holding unit (14a) for an inner disk (16a), and an intermediate disk holding unit (18a) for an intermediate disk (22a). The holding units form a mounting unit for common mounting in a door base (12a), and designed as a single piece. The inner holding unit and/or the intermediate holding unit has strip-shaped holding elements (24a, 26a) for accommodating the inner and intermediate disks. The mounting unit has a stop element (42a) for a hinge element, and formed symmetrically to a transverse axis, where the door unit is mounted in a side area of the door base. An independent claim is also included for a method for mounting a cooking device door with a cooking device door unit.
