[origin: EP2369284A2] The heat exchanger (1) comprises a heat exchanger block, which has multiple lamella layers (3) forming an air cooling surface for conduction of dry cooling air in a cooling air flow direction (KL). The lamella layer is attached on the corresponding upper side and lower side of a tube (2). The ratio between the cooling air surface and the process air surface is greater than or equal to 7 or 0. An independent claim is also included for a condensation clothes dryer comprises a drying drum.
