[origin: WO2010060425A1] The invention relates to a device comprising first suspension means for suspending at least one shower curtain that forms a splash protection plane in the unfolded state, and second suspension means which extend approximately parallel to and at a distance from the first suspension means. According to the invention, the device comprises an arrangement of at least two spaced-apart, parallel bars (10, 11) as first and second suspension means, and the device can be swiveled about a horizontal axis in the mounted state. A shower curtain can be suspended on the first suspension means of such a device, while fabrics such as clothes, hand towels, or the like can be suspended on the second suspension means, for example. Since the device can be swiveled, the second suspension means can be disposed such that wet laundry suspended thereon hangs over a bathtub or a shower tub.
