[origin: WO2010033907A2] A clamp device for mounting a rail device onto a railroad rail. The clamp device includes a clamp body and a pivot arm. The clamp body has a first end and a second end. The first end of the clamp body is configured to receive a portion of a rail flange. The pivot arm has a body and is attached to the clamp body. The pivot arm is displaceable between a first position and a second position relative to the clamp body, and the body of the pivot arm is configured to be attached to a rail device.
