[origin: EP2371658A1] The coupling head (20) comprises a locking element (1) for preventing unintentional release of the mechanical connection between the coupling head and mating coupling head (20') coupled with the coupling head. The locking element is moved from a primary position, in which the release of the mechanical connection between the coupling head and the mating coupling head. A support (5) is provided for supporting a lever element (4) between primary and secondary areas (4a,4b), such that the lever element pivotable around a predetermined vertical axis.
