Abstract (en)
The system has a receiving device (3) immobilized to receive a car (2) of a transport train and arranged to support and/or maintain the car. A movable displacing device (4) displaces the receiving device, and is provided with a rolling unit that rolls the receiving device on a displacement surface. The displacing device is provided with an elevation unit that raises the receiving device with respect to the rolling unit. An upper surface of the receiving device comprises a set of rails (5). The rolling unit comprises a pair of wheels mounted on axles. An independent claim is also included for a method for transporting a rail transport car.

La présente invention concerne un système de transport de voiture de transport ferroviaire caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins : - un dispositif de réception immobilisable pour recevoir au moins une voiture de transport et arrangé pour supporter et/ou maintenir la voiture de transport, - un dispositif de déplacement du dispositif de réception comprenant d'une part des moyens de roulement du dispositif de réception sur la surface de déplacement et d'autre part un moyen d'élévation du dispositif de réception par rapport aux moyens de roulement.
