[origin: EP2372065A2] The method involves inserting an insert into a mold cavity (1) of an injection mold, and setting up a toothing of a toothing bar of the insert on a corresponding toothing of a core (3) in the mold cavity. The injection mold is closed, and the plastic is injected through a feed channel (4.1,4.2). The injection mold is opened and the molded piston is removed.
