[origin: EP2372222A1] The device has a rigid pipe (10) and a flexible protective sleeve (12) that surrounds the pipe over a part of its length, where the protective sleeve is sealed for the fluid. The protective sleeve forms a collecting space for fluid over a part of the length of the pipe. The fluid is leaked during the leakage from the pipe. The pipe is partially moved in the ground (11). An independent claim is also included for a biogas plant, sewage plant or agricultural plant with a collection container.
